JEWELRY THAT TELLS A STORY
Minimal but Memorable, Style with Substance: just how I like my outfits to be, and the same thing goes for my accessories ...Let's face it; I am quite difficult when it comes to buying jewelry. For a long time, it has been a daunting task for me. I'm always looking for quality and dainty jewelry to make my hands look a little bit prettier — I seriously think my hands are weird, and nobody can convince me of the contrary haha. A few weeks ago, I was browsing Instagram and the web for rings and I somehow stumbled upon Suetables. Not only was I thrilled to know that Suetables is a Canadian company, I was especially impressed by Sue's passion for the creation of inspirational accessories.
My jewelry pieces came in the most beautiful black boxes, carefully wrapped. Inside, I was so pleased to see mini cards with encouraging and uplifting words. By the way, these are sent to everyone, I am not that special haha!My JACK ring is stamped with my son's name LUKAS. I have been wearing this ring everyday since. I feel like I carry him with me all the time. This little ring has suddenly taken a special place in my heart.I have a ridiculously tiny wrist, therefore, the newly released Kelly Cuff design was perfect for me as it is adjustable. It comes with a mini heart on which I have decided to mark the letter "J". Not J for Josie but J as in Jacques: my husband's name. Yes I know, how convenient that our names start with the same letter ;)I'm also obsessed with the Erin ball ring which is adorned with a semi precious gemstone bead. I went with the black onyx and I could not be happier. I've stacked it with my Jack ring here and they look so classy together. The "In the stars" ring is fun and playful with the zig zag design. The pièce de résistance is definitely the Lauren Karma necklace. I deeply believe that you get back the energy, love and kindness you put out there in the world. This necklace is always a reminder for me to stay humble and to spread nothing but positivity. Fun fact: this Karma circle is named after and designed for actress Lauren Lee Smith, who wore it on CTV's/ABC's The Listener. How cool is that!Suetables has reconciled me with shopping for jewelry and actually made me love the experience. As we speak ( or more like as you read this post ) this Trinity ring and these hoops are on their way to my place. I shamelessly just purchased them and can't wait to receive them in the mail. Also, *hint* and because we all love to save, if you subscribe to the newsletter, you get $ 10 off of your first purchase.Make sure you take some time to browse Suetables website. You will LOVE xx
P.S.: If you live in Toronto, stop by their studio located at 598 Mount Pleasant Road , they have a design bar where you can customize your keepsake 6 days a week!
