TLC SKINCARE WITH BIODERMA

 Winter season can be harsh on our skin. This is why it is essential to switch up your skincare routine a little bit. Personally, I hydrate my skin much more than in the summer. Bioderma sent me some products just in time for the beginning of winter and I was excited like a little kid no joke … and for a good reason. See, I’m an unconditional fan of the Bioderma pink bottle micellar solution. It’s the best micellar make-up remover I’ve used up until now so let’s just say that I was thrilled to try other products.Bioderma is a very much appreciated skincare company in Canada. All of their products have been dermatologically tested and recommended so the least we can say is that they are a safe route, even for very sensitive skin ( Especially the Sensibio line ). I feel very honoured to share this review with you guys. Thank you Bioderma for this lovely kit. Such a generous gesture. Now let’s  move on to the good stuff shall we?!

• Sensibio H2O + Hydrabio H2O

The Sensibio H2O is the makeup remover I’ve had for months and the one that almost every beauty blogger/ vlogger rave about and for a good reason. It works and is not aggressive. Since my skin tends to be more sensitive during cold days, I’ve been using the blue bottle , aka Hydrabio H2O, for the main reason that it is specifically made for sensitive skins and hydrates on top of removing make up like a pro. These two stand as cleansers as well ( not only made to remove make up ). So even if you just want to refresh your skin, you can certainly count on them. The best part: they’re non-rinse, paraben free and Hypoallergenic.La Sensibio H2O est le démaquillant que j'ai depuis des mois et qui fait l'éloge de plusieurs blogueuses et vlogueuses pour une bonne et simple raison: elle est efficace et non agressive sur la peau. Vu que ma peau est beaucoup plus sensible durant l'hiver, j'utilise Hydrabio H2O vu qu'elle est expressement conçue pour les peaux sensibles et qu'elle hydrate en plus de démaquiller à la perfection. Ces deux produits servent aussi de nettoyant quotidien. Elles ne nécessitent pas de rinçage, sont sans paraben et hypoallergénique.   

• Make up removing wipes

This is exactly the Sensibio H2O, but in wipes. I feel like each sheet has just the right amount of product, not too much, just enough. The first time I’ve tried them I was pleasantly surprised. I’ve never been a big fan of makeup removing wipes because I always felt like they were kind of harsh on my skin and were loaded with way too much product. These were very smooth on my skin ( they’re dedicated to sensitive skin, no brainer!!! ). They also help prevent irritation while raising the skin’s tolerance threshold.Version lingettes de la Sensibio H2O, ces dernières font tout aussi bien le travail que la solution. Je les adore car elles sont imbibées de la quantité parfaite de solution micellaire. Je n'étais pas une grande adepte des lingettes démaquillantes car je trouvais justement qu'elles contenaient beaucoup trop de produit et qu'elles laissaient ma peau sèche. Eh bien, pas celles-ci, je les adore surtout qu'elles sont conçues pour rehausser le degré de tolérance de la peau.  

• Sebium Pore Refiner

This innovative concentrate is designed to help improve the appearance of skin with blemishes and is a corrective care for those suffering from enlarged pores. Its aim is to tightens and refine them for a smooth finish. I myself apply it on my T-Zone, making sure to cover the areas around my nose and my chin because that is where I tend to see my pores. I would also recommend to apply this when you’re planning on wearing make-up. It will help with the overall look. I do feel like I will see more results with time. I have to tell you that I also apply this product on  the area surrounding my mouth. My skin colour is irregular, so I’m truly hoping it will help me have a more uniform skin. Anyhow, this sébium is now part of my daily routine!Ce concentré innovateur fait maintenant partie de ma routine quotidienne. Il aide à améliorer l'apparence des peaux à imperfections mais aussi à corriger les pores dilatées. Il donne un fini velours à la peau, sans blague. Raison pour laquelle je recommanderais de l'utiliser avant le maquillage. Je l'applique quotidiennement sur ma zone T ( front, nez et mention ) vu que c'est l'endroit où je peux remarquer mes pores. Je suis convaincue que je verrai plus de résultats avec le temps, ce sébium a conquis mon coeur. 

• Hydrabio Serum

One essential step you should add to winter skincare routine ( if you’re not already doing it throughout the year ) is to use a serum. I truly love the Hydrabio Serum and use it every single day. It helped so much with how my skin looks and feels. I’ve noticed that my skin is firmer and I look way less tired when I have those restless nights. It also assure that my skin will effectively absorb my daily face cream. This serum has been a life saver and I will purchase a new bottle when the one I have comes to an end. This is a serum that you can apply day and/or night and is suitable for sensitive skin.Une étape essentielle à ajouter à notre routine de soins de la peau ( si on ne le fait pas déjà l'année longue ) serait d'utiliser un sérum. J'adore le Serum Hydrabio et l'utilise chaque jour également. J'ai vraiment vu une amélioration sur l'apparence de ma peau. Elle est plus ferme et radieuse. J'ai aussi remarqué  que lorsque je l'utilise ma peau absorbe encore mieux mon hydratant quotidien. Vous pouvez l'appliquer le matin et / ou le soir et elle convient parfaitement aux peaux sensibles.
